the location was very convenient to the train station. the room was spacious and the bathroom offered washing essentials. i found the staff helpful. the rooftop bar was also enjoyable offering nice cocktails.
the pillows were too hard and uncomfortable. i had trouble sleeping well

the hotel is very close to the train station which makes arrival and departure simple. the duomo is less than 10 minutes away by foot. many restaurants are also located nearby.

The room had a balcony overlooking a quiet street. The housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness each day.

helpful luggage adjacent location numerous eatery nearby supermarket
the hotel provides quick luggage drop, it was very helpful. the location is adjacent to the train station. i found many eateries, all within a short walk. i was able to find a supermarket just one minute away, very useful.
i did notice some noise in the hallways, though this did not really detract from my stay.

Balanced Experience at the Hotel
friendly staff efficient service guest impact noisy street
The staff was friendly. Silvia made our check-in smooth. Viola and the breakfast staff ensured everything was fresh. Their service was efficient. The hotel's location is convenient. The train station is a short walk away.
The manager said there is no guest impact. But we were then advised that the AC would not be turned on for another week. It was hot.
