the location was very convenient to the train station. the room was spacious and the bathroom offered washing essentials. i found the staff helpful. the rooftop bar was also enjoyable offering nice cocktails.
the pillows were too hard and uncomfortable. i had trouble sleeping well

the hotel provides quick luggage drop, it was very helpful. the location is adjacent to the train station. i found many eateries, all within a short walk. i was able to find a supermarket just one minute away, very useful.
i did notice some noise in the hallways, though this did not really detract from my stay.

The staff was friendly. Silvia made our check-in smooth. Viola and the breakfast staff ensured everything was fresh. Their service was efficient. The hotel's location is convenient. The train station is a short walk away.
The manager said there is no guest impact. But we were then advised that the AC would not be turned on for another week. It was hot.
